Wantable Box – July 2024

It’s Wantable time again! They graciously sent me another box with the styling fee waived so I can show you all how great their service is. As usual, I was very specific with my stylist about the colors I did and DIDN’T want as well as what type of clothing I’d like to receive this time around. I asked for some bottoms and a dress along with some unique blouses. My stylist delivered! Here are the goods:

We started things off with a GREAT new color called “Venetian Wine”. It’s a beautiful rosewood – a mix between red and purple, and I love it on me! The tank itself is very stretchy and has a racerback. I was initially unsure if this would be a good soft autumn color, but once I got it on, I was sold!

Up next is this ultra cozy button up from the brand Thread & Supply. This shirt is super soft and incredibly warm…perfect for the fall. This olive green is always a win for the soft autumn palette.

And we have our first dud of the box. This blouse was really comfortable and lightweight, but the color was just blah on me. Taupe can be hit or miss, and although I’d say this is definitely a soft autumn color, it didn’t do much to flatter my features.

This. blazer. is. amazing. It matches my hair and features almost like it was made specifically for me! This is most definitely my favorite blazer of all time, and it now has a permanent place hanging in my closet. Can’t wait to get some good wear out of this when the weather gets a bit cooler.

These olive green pants are a perfect fit for the soft autumn palette. This color is so versatile and would match with just about everything.

These purple pants are definitely a “soft” color, but I’d say they lean cooler and would be a better fit for the soft summer palette. I want my bottoms to be very versatile, and I don’t see this color matching with a lot of other soft autumn colors. I passed on these.

Last up we have this fabulous dress! I was a little hesitant at first because the background color of the pattern is white…a more natural, off-white, but still quite light. The tan color in the floral pattern is a great soft autumn color, and there’s enough of it to be “dominant” in the pattern. After trying the dress on, I was quickly convinced that this was definitely soft autumn. The pattern blended nicely with my features, and I quickly decided to keep this one as well.
